Hex Stackd · Effective November 6, 2026
Hex Stackd is published by Hoody Studios LLC.
Hex Stackd doesn't ask for your name, email, or an account. Your progress is saved on your device. In the iPhone app it is also backed up to your own private iCloud. On the web it is backed up to our server under a random ID. The game shows optional ads from Google AdMob, and AdMob may collect device data to show and measure those ads.
Levels, stars, lives, streaks, shop items and settings are saved on your device.
In the iPhone app. Your progress is also backed up to your own private iCloud, so it comes back if you reinstall the game or move to a new iPhone. Hoody Studios cannot read it. You can delete it in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage. The backup is not linked to your name, email, contacts or location, and we don't collect any of those.
On the web. Your progress is automatically backed up to our cloud server (hosted by Supabase), so your progress comes back if your browser storage is cleared. The backup is stored under a random ID the game makes on first launch. It isn't linked to your name, email, contacts or location, and we don't collect any of those.
On the web. The game keeps that ID in its storage and in a cookie named hxid (kept up to 2 years). It is used only to find your backup, never for ads or tracking. To have your backup deleted, contact us at the address below.
Purchases are handled by Apple. The game records only what you bought, on your device and in your iCloud. We never see your payment details.
When you choose to watch an ad, Google AdMob may collect information such as your IP address, device type, operating system, ad interactions and, only if you allow tracking, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Google uses this to deliver, limit, measure and (with your permission) personalize ads. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
On iPhone, Hex Stackd asks before any tracking; you can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you're in a region covered by privacy laws such as the GDPR, you'll be asked for consent first and can change it under Settings → Privacy & ad choices. Ads are always optional; the game is fully playable without watching any.
Hex Stackd is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
